Hoy - Scott Watershed Society attended the annual City of Coquitlam's Environmental Achievement Awards on June 13th, 2105 which recognize individuals, organizations and educators who have demonstrated an outstanding commitment to promoting, conserving and enhancing Coquitlam’s natural environment...

Thanks to everyone who came by to make our Salmon Leave Home event such a success. As one of our volunteer's said, "The day was fantastic, starting with the good weather, the activities, and people just kept on coming and nobody seem to want to leave (not even some of the fish)."

Hoy Scott Watershed Society joined the congregation of Eagle Ridge United Church (ERUC)  in honour of International Earth Day 2015 on April 19th to remove invasive plants (mainly English Ivy) and garbage from the banks of Scott Creek south of Guildford Way and Eagleridge Drive.
